If you are a woman, you probably have shopped or still shop at Victoria’s Secret. And if you are like me, you are tired of wasting money buying their panties that no longer seem to be made with good quality material. You buy it, wear it twice, and then have to throw it out because washing them has now made them shrink to the point where they are unwearable. I was on the mission to find other sexy, lacy, cute and comfortable panties, and I think I did.

Wherever your fall fashion may take you, you can add some stylish staples to your closet without breaking your budget. The days are passing by quickly and fall is almost upon us, so we thought we would take a moment and share some of the new fall trends of the season.
One of the biggest trends for the Fall of 2024, is the use of voluminous outerwear made of faux fur, feathers, fabric, or yarn. Also snuggly and stylish, ski sweaters aren’t only for the slopes anymore.
Fashion from decades past comes and goes, and this season, the ’60s just called and are back with all things mod, turtlenecks, baby doll dresses, The micro-mini and the swing coat, among other pieces of fashion that you will see making a comeback this fall.
This year will we see extravagant collars as last year we saw big sleeves (which are still in fashion this year but the emphasis will be on the collar!)
Beyoncé has magic powers,even when it comes to fashion. With her latest album, Cowboys Carter, she has brought back the style of wearing cowboy hats, fringe everything and cowboy boots. So it’s safe to say, western dressing is here to stay no matter if you live on the East Coast, West Coast, or down South.
And finally, one of my favorite looks, is making a comeback and that is leopard print everything. Your wardrobe basics can be a little edgier, making them some of the most versatile and hard-working pieces., with leopard print. You can have heels, boots, sneakers, jackets, shirts, dresses and even pants that will become your stand out pieces. I still have a leopard jacket from the early 2000’s that I love to wear from timeout time, not to mention sneakers and heels.

Maria Luisa has footwear to clothing and more. They have many of the regular fashion staples with the focus on global/ethical products. It really is a great mix, not to mention they also have a good selection of gifts. The people who work here bring great energy and a great vibe!

There’s fashion, and then there is fashion that is fire. Trending so far this season we have seen a lot of old trends coming back, like fake leather leggings which please should be illegal they are so freaking ugly. And seeing color be the main topic with cranberry making a huge comeback along with different shades of brown, purple, and blue. Update: Still waiting to hear from Jacob Trouba in regards to doing coffee with the captain. I even suggested he bring Vinny and of course Ryan with him so maybe then they would be comfortable doing it with each other and also Ryan could meet me in a fun setting so he would be comfortable too… I want them to have fun with the segment but I know it’s not a comfy thing for some dudes.. ya know with a girl.
But I guess Jacob’s tongue is tied up at the moment… ( insert eye roll) but if I was a guy and I asked him to do a podcast segment with me, I’d probably would have heard from him by now and wouldn’t have to keep asking. So don’t tell me if you are guy reading this that is not true, because women STILL aren’t accepted in certain scenarios where sports are concerned.
People ask me how I plan on doing the segment and that’s an easy answer! I will record it ( audio only ) and of course a few photos and a teaser video that is like 30 seconds. I am not planning of videoing this… first off WAY too long and audio is enough.
Oh, I am still waiting to see Alexis Lafrenière to sign his contract.. would LOVE to add him to the segment too.

These guys have had it going on all season long, but the one pet peeve, the no-no in fashion is the fact that they are wearing dress shoes without socks… and they don’t look like they are wearing no-show socks either. You should not wear dress shoes without socks- here are the reasons:
1) Your feet contain more sweat glands than any other part of your body, causing your feet to produce a great deal of sweat. When wearing no socks with dress shoes, this moisture will accumulate and cause your dress shoes to become a breeding ground for bacteria. Warm, damp, and dark environments like this allow for the growth of bacteria that causes fungal infections such as athlete’s foot. Wearing a quality pair of socks with dress shoes will allow your feet to stay comfortable, dry and healthy.
2) The development of bacteria in your dress shoes will also cause them to smell. This stench is unpleasant and extremely hard to remove from your shoes once it has developed.
3) Without wearing socks, excessive moisture in your dress shoes will cause the leather to prematurely wear. Given that your dress shoes are likely the most expensive shoes in your closet, be sure to always wear socks with them. Or try the no-show sock look.
If you follow this blog religiously ( and seriously, who doesn’t シ) You know that my company does a variety of things, mostly content creation and social media, but we also go back to the main start of my blog about 15 years ago, and talk about dating/relationships and I have written best selling books on the subject.
This year we started to wet our feet once again in the fashion world and also expanding our knowledge in the cheer industry as well as my creating different segments of my podcast.
We dipped our feet into some other areas too, that for the moment didn’t pan out, but that we may get back to at a later time as well.
I sat thinking the past 2 weeks, especially during my birthday week when I was taking some time off for myself and wanted to figure out what it is that I really want my brand to represent. You want to always innovate but you don’t want to do too many things that cause you to lose your identity.
So here’s what you can expect from me from here on out:

3) Books
I have written some great books which I take so much pride in simply because writing a book is much more than “just writing” it. It’s the cover art, editing, getting an audience excited about it way before it’s published, etc. Yes, I have written 2 dating/relationship books which simply show you how I have grown in my opinions as well as give you updated information where dating apps are. BUT .. did you know that I have written some Young Adult novels as well?
“The Diary of A Drama Queen” is a book I am mostly proud of as it took me over 7 years to finish. And now I am back in wanting to provide some more great books that show my creativity so I am starting to write the sequel called, “Drama in the City” which I hope will be released next year. BUT I plan to share with you updates on the progress, how I write, how I go about creating the book, etc through my Youtube Channel ( besides posting some fun other content too!)
If you don’t know, I have been in the cheer industry for a long time! I started back in the day when I was 7, with dance, and then when I got older did cheerleading, fell in love with it, and haven’t looked back! So, not only do I choreograph cheer routines, and will be posting A LOT more of them and new cheers that teams can use, but I will be focusing on FITNESS. Cheerleaders need to be physically and mentally fit. So I will be introducing a fitness calendar, 4 monthly new workouts for a reasonable price that not just for cheerleaders but for ANYONE who wants to stay in shape or get in shape. I also will have free workouts too.

5) Content Creation/Courses/Templates
I will post some really awesome photos that you can buy directly from me at a reasonable price and use Anywhere you want too. I will have Templates that you can use as posts for your personal and professional needs and I will be offering 3 courses: a) LinkedIn b) Youtube and c) How to take better selfies and photos – all come with LIVE teaching as well not just recorded video, unless you need a recorded version!

If you listen to my podcast, you have heard me talk about how cheerleaders belong with athletes, and not just any athletes, but hockey players. And let me add, not necessarily a NHL player, but ANY player ( EHL, AHL, OHL, KHL, etc) This guy on Tiktok helped me out tremendously by putting these together. A shout out to nackarockers for taking the words right out of my mouth. Just in case there was any doubt!

Question: why do people prefer people to be fake, secretive, and almost cunning, instead of being open and not afraid to be vulnerable? Why is it when you don’t have any outside motives that people still think you do? And so forth.

Fashion Segment
Now, some words may be centered off… that is because it’s Youtube Shorts. But the point being is that Hockey Boys Got It Going On! #FashionAve though, belongs to the NY Rangers. Dating Segment ( a quickie – pun intended)
You can tell a lot about an athlete and his character, what he values, etc by who he follows on IG. Guys who are superficial, narcissistic and materialistic will ALWAYS follow the girls on IF we are half naked in their profile pics AND they will NEVER post about the girl who they are with ONLY story her so others can slide into their DMS and they can slide into theirs. Also athletes who have private IG accounts I would be worried about- that shows 1) they hide shit 2) they can’t handle the social media trolls. Also if a girl goes out with you for coffee, pizza, shopping at Target, the girl is into you and only cares about spending time with you- she’s not into you for what you can give her- she’s into you for YOU!
